Our name comes from the tech world, referencing a system’s “true ceiling” as the highest point it can reach before innovation is required to reach the next level.
We see this pattern in business: many owners are so busy running the day-to-day that they don’t have the time to think about what’s truly possible, and they leave a lot of potential on the table. We work closely with those businesses to help them reach their “true ceiling” and get the most out of their effort.
Our Philosophy
The pace of change in technology right now is good news for local business owners, assuming they know how to use it. The tools available today make it possible for a small business to compete in ways that weren’t realistic even a couple of years ago. The catch is that keeping up with what’s new, what’s worth using, and what’s just noise is close to a full-time job on its own.
That’s the part we genuinely enjoy, and it’s the part our clients get to hand off. They don’t need to track any of it. They can leave it to us.
So while we use AI and automation heavily to keep execution fast and consistent, the judgment stays with people. After all, it is human innovation that raises the ceiling once AI has raised the floor. While the technology is impressive, what a business can actually achieve is still defined by strategy, taste, and deep engagement with both people and technology. That combination is what we bring to our clients.
Our Mission
Small, local business is the background of a thriving, successful economy. As small, independent business ourselves, we aim to contribute to the health of the economy by empowering local business owners to stay competitive in a corporate world. We’re women in business, and we’re especially focused on working with other women building something of their own, though our door is open to any local business that’s serious about the work.
Our Vision
Near-term, we want to see a network of serious, well-run businesses owned by women across Las Cruces and Southern New Mexico, women working with women, sharing what works. We work with anyone who’s a good fit, but that’s where our energy goes.
Longer-term, we want to be the people local business owners call when they want someone thinking about the whole business, not just running the ads.

Brittany has been working in digital marketing since 2021, with hands-on experience managing SEO, email marketing, PPC, and client strategy across a boutique agency portfolio of up to 12 clients. She leads True Ceiling Solutions with a focus on analytical rigor and reliable execution — making sure every client’s marketing is not just set up, but actually working.
Munene Mumbi
Strategy & Project Management
Munene brings 7+ years of experience leading multi-channel digital marketing initiatives across websites, campaigns, and business systems. He builds efficient workflows, analyzes business data, and develops marketing strategies that are designed to perform — not just look good on paper.
Breanna Fogg
Creative Direction
Bre brings decades of real-world business development and marketing experience to every project. Her role is to make sure the creative direction behind each campaign is grounded in how businesses actually operate and grow — not just what looks good or follows the latest trend.
